I'm talking about the subsidiary:

Singapore-based Lifu Human Resources Consulting Co., Ltd., Taiwan Branch.

They notified me about two positions, and then never followed up.

What I mean is, they separately sent interview invitations for two positions saying they wanted to schedule a time,

but after I replied, both of them disappeared.

Is it really that easy to be a headhunter these days?

Pros

You can learn a great deal (candidate sourcing and development, interviewing techniques, and how to influence closing), but there is no systematic training, so you have to proactively seek guidance from senior colleagues. Basically, though, the senior colleagues are all willing to share.

Cons

The excessive overtime is quite severe, and the base salary is rather low after labor and health insurance deductions. In the worst case, even if you report the full 48 hours of overtime in a month, the salary is still under 32k⋯

Moreover, the pressure is extremely high, and those without the necessary ability may be out within a month.

Pros

Employee management is relatively centralized and standardized, with a strong emphasis on performance standards. It also provides comprehensive training and knowledge in sales negotiation skills. If you want to hone your professional sales skills, you can learn and practice more here than you might imagine (though, of course, you also have to withstand greater pressure to meet numerical targets than at other companies).
