A few years ago, they maliciously laid off employees, citing Article 11, Paragraph 4 of the Labor Standards Act (business downsizing). However, the day after I was laid off, I immediately saw my department posting a job opening on 104. There was nothing to learn, and there were almost no mid-career employees; most were alternative service personnel. A perpetually stagnant OEM factory—if you know how to flatter the boss, pretend to work overtime, and send a flood of emails to make your presence known, you're considered a good employee.

You have to spend two hours taking English, SQL, and Java tests.
After taking the tests for two hours, I then spent another 30 minutes waiting for the manager.
Then it was very obvious that the interviewer (a gentleman who called himself a consultant) had not looked at my résumé beforehand at all.
He only started looking at it during the interview, then said, “You don’t have SAP experience; we’re looking for someone with SAP experience.” OOXX
I asked what the company’s thoughts were on BI. Were there any KPIs they wanted to monitor, or anything in particular that needed analysis? What tools did they use?
That consultant said, “We don’t really understand it. We hope the person who joins us can tell us....” OOXX
Overall, this was a waste-of-time interview that showed no regard for the job applicant’s time.
Compared with the reviews of the entire company on the company page, I can only say that I must have had far too much time on my hands to go to the interview.

The interview test was taken directly in the office, and the testing environment was not very good.
Moreover, the supervisor’s level was so-so,
and they didn’t even understand the meaning of changing a variable’s lifetime with `static` in the test questions.
No advanced skills are required; you can just coast along.
They use various tactics to pressure you into leaving voluntarily, such as recently closing the Taipei location and telling you to work in Taoyuan.
The older employees are supportive, and you have a great time.
They use a bunch of soft obstacles to block overtime requests. Even junior engineers taking sick leave have to send it to the general manager. They pay very little and only want to hire substitute-service workers tied down for three years.
The company cannot attract senior staff; only people doing alternative military service will join. It is presented as bringing in fresh blood, but in reality the work involves no technical skills whatsoever, nor does it require experienced employees. The company mainly focuses on OEM work. In the first few years, many people left because there were no ODM projects.
