Read the community guidelines1. The HR representative’s questions and attitude were quite professional
2. The office environment was beautiful
1. The office building is extremely difficult to find. If you take the bus, you’ll have to travel through the entire campus, so please allow at least half an hour to make sure you can find the interview location.
2. I waited 30 minutes before the hiring manager’s interview, and no one came to explain how much longer I would have to wait. Based on the previous interview experiences, it has been the same for three years, and it is still the same now. Please make sure you have the patience to wait for the manager to come and interview you ^^.
3. The manager’s questions gave me the impression that they had not done any work outside of EasyCard-related work. No matter how I explained things, they did not understand, and in the end they even said, “Don’t argue with your manager.”
4. Although this may be the case at large companies, it is truly uncommon to encounter interviewers with such an arrogant attitude. It is especially pronounced here. If you have a strong sense of self-respect, you may want to decline the interview; otherwise, halfway through the interview, you might feel like grabbing your own dignity and smashing it into the interviewer.
The HR team arranged the interview very thoughtfully, making the entire process quite enjoyable.
None.
1. Received an interview invitation within three days of submitting my résumé
2. The HR representative was very polite
1. After completing the interview questions, I first had an interview with HR. HR then asked the hiring manager to conduct the interview. I waited a full 30 minutes in between, and no one came to explain how much longer I would need to wait.
2. When the manager came in, they did not provide any explanation for the 30-minute wait. During the interview, they kept looking down at their phone. When I asked about the detailed job responsibilities, they only said that everything was written on 104. When I asked about the proportions of the duties listed on 104, they only replied that everything was important. Overall, the interview atmosphere was unpleasant.
