At first, the company was in Hsinchu and was preparing to close down. During labor negotiations, they refused to include severance as an option and required employees to commute from Hsinchu to Taipei for work. We also coordinated with the Labor Bureau, but the negotiations ultimately broke down. The company insisted that employees commute from Hsinchu to Taipei every day, trying to make you unable to endure it and resign voluntarily. Their conduct was atrocious!

Work was even worse. The mechanisms frequently malfunctioned, and when problems occurred, they still questioned whether other people’s work was at fault. The senior managers were utterly incompetent. Not once did anyone want to travel to the mainland factory to inspect production. When problems arose, everyone shifted the blame and completely disassociated themselves from the issue—it was never their problem. Regardless of the department, whenever something went wrong, they would find a scapegoat to take the blame. So if you were not favored by the senior management, you became the scapegoat, taking the fall without knowing why and being dragged into other excuses.

This company was once a phone manufacturer that did OEM work for Sony and ASUS, and even earlier, it manufactured phones for major brands. Later, things went further and further downhill, and it is now at rock bottom. Anyone thinking of joining should not waste time deliberating. After seeing my comment, immediately give up on the idea of joining this company.
