After starting work... when you try to apply for the benefits, you are unexpectedly ignored without a word

Whatever veteran employees say, the boss tacitly approves

For people who want to use "new ways of writing" or do innovative coding, it's difficult!
Very small office
Colleagues are very kind outside of work
The boss is not from a programming background, but is very good at talking big. There is a sense that the employees underneath are being exploited.
It is recommended that people with ideas and ability not come here.
New ideas, modern ideas, object-oriented programming, version control, and so on are not welcome here (or, rather, are feared). The senior employees’ skill levels are somewhat lacking, and the project time pressure is also quite high, so they probably do not have much time to learn new things.
They cling to traditional copy-and-paste development methods, becoming trapped in a contract-development cycle and finding it difficult to improve. They will be eliminated someday.
Newcomers (especially those working on the PHP backend) are also advised not to come—you will learn bad habits. (They use Dreamweaver to write the backend.)
