Read the community guidelinesThe environment is clean and refreshing, and the staff are friendly.
1. They ask for excessive personal information, including the occupations of everyone in your family.
2. During the interview, the junior manager was very pleased and immediately offered a second interview, saying they would promptly find a senior manager to conduct it. However, after waiting for fifteen minutes, they said that I had no experience organizing events and rejected me on the spot. The contrast between their words and actions was extremely strange!
It wasted the interviewee’s time and also showed the employer’s careless attitude!
3. The salary offered did not match what was stated during the interview. They posted 35K–45K, but in the end, using various reasons, they were only willing to offer 30K.
4. The event planning position requires planning the company’s annual year-end banquet as well. Each year, there are three large-scale events that require arriving at the venue at 4 a.m.
1. The salary really is paid at the amount listed on 104 Job Bank, and even higher offers may be available depending on your qualifications and experience.
2. Opportunities to go abroad and pursue a career.
1. Even after being accepted in the interview, you can still be eliminated during training in Taiwan.
(Don’t naively assume that after being accepted, you can go to mainland China and only be eliminated if you fail the probationary period there, because you may be eliminated during training in Taiwan.)
2. A daily allowance of 1,000.
3. If the training lasts 10 days and, for example, you are eliminated on the third day, the company will not subsidize the remaining seven days of the hotel you booked.
(Because it is your fault that you were eliminated, the company will only subsidize your hotel through the day you are eliminated.)
4. If you pass the training but still fail the probationary period after flying to mainland China, congratulations: according to the contract, you will be required to pay for the plane ticket you originally used to fly there yourself!
5. The company will never let itself lose out—the one who loses out is you.
