Read the community guidelinesThe operator interview is conducted as a group interview. There is no written test.
First, you are given an information handbook about the company's operator positions (there are different types), including the hours, salary, and job details, and you fill out the information.
Then comes the supervisor interview. The interview takes about one hour. Please arrive at the site 10 minutes early.
It was fairly harmonious, and everyone was quite polite.
Are the benefits considered good?
The parking lot and restaurant are both on the top floor, so there are endless stairs to climb.
You can only leave your phone in the car; it cannot be brought to the work site.
You can learn things, the work environment is good, and because the company's products are sales-oriented, there is no need to worry about competition.
There is a quarterly bonus (four times a year, but no year-end bonus).
The work is efficient, and management is also very rigorous.
The starting salary is considered high for central Taiwan.
Overtime is regulated, which is an advantage for people who do not like working too much overtime.
You cannot fill your water bottle during work; you have to wait until mealtime, and there are no fixed breaks in between.
You are absolutely not allowed to bring a mobile phone. Even if you secretly bring it in, you cannot take it out (although there will still be a bunch of people taking theirs out in the cafeteria during meals XD).
You have to use your access card whenever you go to any unit or department, which is very inconvenient.
The work atmosphere is somewhat dull and strange.
Quarterly bonuses only start accruing after you have worked for half a year (so it takes around nine months before you can receive the first one).
There is an extremely emotional, unpredictable, and difficult-to-read veteran employee in verification. Everyone in verification before him has left, leaving only him, and none of the people hired have been able to stay (recently, I saw them hire three rookies at once again—let's see, it looks like they're almost all going to be wiped out again?!).
This veteran employee constantly goes against his own supervisor and often insults or criticizes the supervisor behind their back, using very harsh language. He is dissatisfied with everything and has many criticisms of the company. So if you are applying for a verification position, please take good care of yourself. Most people who cannot endure it are not unable to handle the supervisor; 99% of the time, it is because of this veteran employee. (The veteran employee will still teach you, but he will spend more time scolding you than teaching you.)
