The company is a family business, but the instructions from the “three parties” are often inconsistent. This makes it extremely difficult for employees to do their jobs, and they may even get scolded.
The boss is an elderly person with poor temper control and a very bad temper.
They often forget what instructions they gave and then scold employees,
and they also often think about something themselves and assume they have already announced it to the employees.
The rules are frequently changed from one day to the next, and sales staff have to follow their instructions on how to work. Aren’t they usually supposed to have the freedom to use their own judgment?
If you bring in business, is that not a result of your own ability?
Also, sales staff have to write a daily report every day and fill their schedules completely. If there is any free time, they assume you are slacking off??
Excuse me, isn’t sales supposed to be free????
Every year-end, the boss starts criticizing employees’ performance and asking how they can give out year-end bonuses.
The performance bonus system is also not transparent.
I advise all job seekers: do not choose this company under any circumstances, and do not treat it as a stepping stone for learning,
unless you want to learn how much tolerance you have for the company’s decision-makers, and want to damage your own health.
You all deserve better jobs.
A word of advice to job seekers
You may consider it if you can tolerate having three bosses giving three mutually conflicting instructions.
There are no bonuses for the three major holidays, but there is verbal encouragement from the boss.
Doing well is only what you’re supposed to do; if you don’t do well, you owe him ____.
The cushy internal positions have already been filled.
The sales staff also seem to get yelled at every day.
Overall, it’s a pretty good company.
Highly discreet, located inside a private residence.
Suitable for recent graduates to gain some experience.
