The boss’s wife assigns work arbitrarily and makes promises to customers without consideration, causing maintenance engineers to be unable to finish their work. The boss also uses the number of completed tasks as a KPI to evaluate the engineers… arbitrarily berating and firing engineers.

I received an interview invitation through a job bank. I replied to ask about the interview time, and the other party responded using Zhuyin text, which made their attitude seem quite flippant.
