The company culture is poor, and frontline employees suffer the most. There have been multiple recorded violations of the Labor Standards Act, and employees are given a hard time when resigning. Management has an entrenched, coasting-until-retirement mentality.
A logistics company in the Hakka region, with a severe culture of management shirking responsibility. Highly not recommended.
