Pros

The office is in a townhouse-style building.

There is only one female employee in Taichung.

The interview begins with writing an essay by hand on paper; it takes place in the basement and lasts more than 1.5 hours.

Afterward, a female manager from the Kaohsiung headquarters conducts a video interview.

The questions are very detailed.

For example: What methods should be used to clean the company in order to achieve the cleanest results? Would you mind cleaning the company? If you need to resign for personal reasons, would you be able to stay on and help the company for a few days if a suitable replacement has not yet been found? If overtime is required that day, you must submit an application in advance; otherwise, it will not be included in your wages.

Cons

The Taichung receptionist seemed unfriendly.

When I reported for work and made inquiries at the storefront, I received a cold, unpleasant response.

Pros

1. The job responsibilities were explained in great detail.

2. The benefits package was clearly explained in writing.

3. Employees receive all the benefits they are entitled to. Office staff are provided with a company phone during work hours and do not need to take it home after work.

Cons

1. I was not informed before the interview that I would need to fill out written materials. The questions on the written test were all essay questions requiring me to write out processes and my thoughts, and it took a full hour or more.

2. The questions included things such as: If someone suddenly assigned you an urgent task before the end of the workday, would you refuse or accept it? Explain your thoughts. If you discovered that you had made a mistake, would you bravely admit it or handle it in another way? There were also other similar questions.

3. The interviewer expected precise answers to their questions and did not accept vague or ambiguous responses. If an answer was too unclear, they would frown, which created a sense of pressure.
