Pros
The office environment is nice, and you can tell that the employees have a great atmosphere at work. The company also has a cat, which makes it feel like a warm and welcoming workplace. For a small company of a dozen or so people, this is a pretty good environment. The company’s benefits and conditions follow the Labor Standards Act, and basically there isn’t much more beyond that.
