I interviewed for a sales assistant position, but was asked to do warehouse management work instead. If you want to work as a sales assistant, I suggest not interviewing with this company; they will immediately send a rejection notice.

The project manager says you have experience when you join, so you don’t need to be taught like a novice.
In reality, you are still treated as a complete novice who knows nothing and has never written code.
After looking at part of the code, you are expected to ask questions.
If the questions are not what they want, they say you are not proactive.
Even if you understand the code and know which UI components are being used,
and can create a webpage with related functionality or modify and add features within the existing architecture,
they still say you are not proactive.

High turnover, long hours of overtime, senior employees do nothing, pay cuts. Please don't go and waste your life. No overtime pay.
Can't really think of any.
A bunch of old-timers who don't do any work
They only take advantage of newcomers
The company is old-fashioned
You have to bring your own laptop to write software
A company that really doesn't value its talent
Position: Information Engineer (Kaohsiung)
They claim to be a Juniper distributor. There is one interview with a senior engineer and one with a supervisor.
The engineer interview is quite simple, consisting only of questions about some applications of protocols.
Since the supervisor has a background in writing networking firmware, almost all of his questions focus on the principles of protocols.
The above describes the first interview. If you pass, there will be a second interview, and salary is discussed only then.
If you are not selected, you will receive a rejection notification the next day.
The main job duties involve traveling off-site to optimize and troubleshoot other companies’ network infrastructures.
The salary is not high, but you can learn a lot.
Off-site locations can be as far away as Taitung, but this is not frequent.
