Can you look at the Emperor Garden across the street?
The boss's recent golden sayings:
After interviewing the bosses of companies with over a hundred employees,
Secretary: responsibility system
Accounting: responsibility system
No overtime pay...
People in the past could all get off work on time, but you can't, which means your ability is inadequate.. Why should the company pay overtime?
So, does the company offer benefits comparable to those of a company with over a hundred employees?
Holiday bonuses.. a single thin blue banknote
An unattractive year-end bonus..
No year-end party raffle; lunch breaks are less than one hour
Virtually no employee benefits.. perhaps just a cup of coffee..
Salaries will not be increased
The boss still acts as if he is high and mighty...
It is truly headache-inducing to read..
Ren'ai Road has beautiful scenery, and you can enjoy the roadside trees on your way into the office~
The view of the Empire Garden across the street is great, and having a bank downstairs makes handling transactions convenient.
As for other advantages, I thought about it for a long time but couldn't come up with any at all..
The company's way of operating is baffling. The entire system is used by only one person, so whenever you need to inquire about its contents, you have to go back and forth asking other people repeatedly before you can get an answer. The rest of the employees still rely on manually creating spreadsheets in Excel, which is not only time-consuming but also extremely inefficient. The boss has extremely high demands regarding details, such as the thickness of Excel lines and the color, boldness, and size of text. She has poor emotional management and treats employees like labor tools at her beck and call. The company does not hold year-end parties or spring banquets. Although there are bonuses for the three major festivals, the amount is not attractive—just a single banknote. The lunch break is sometimes less than an hour. Employees have to work shifts on holidays, but can only adjust their schedules through compensatory leave; holiday overtime pay is not provided as required by regulations, because the boss says that this company is in the service industry and needs to follow service-industry practices. It is a company with an extremely high employee turnover rate.
To outsiders, she appears generous and polite, but internally... it seems as though employees owe her something. You have to work according to her mood swings. In short, as an employee working with her, I completely lose my motivation, because the boss always acts as if she is superior. You never feel any sense of teamwork~
