Read the community guidelinesThe company is responsible for vessel control systems at various ports.
The salary on 104 is listed as negotiable. During the second interview, the supervisor said the salary was NT$38,000, of which NT$2,000 was a meal allowance, meaning the actual salary was NT$36,000, which already violates the Labor Standards Act.
The supervisor was also in a hurry to get you to start work because it was handling a government contract. The pay was low, and the contract specified how many people had to be hired, so they were rushing to find someone unlucky enough to join.
I advise against interviewing with this company. Government contracts pay poorly and offer limited career prospects. Finding a company related to ERP or the banking industry would provide better career opportunities.
