Pros

1. Suitable for retirement. Just like in traditional industries, as long as you're good at talking and know how to get along with people, you can comfortably coast into retirement.

2. MIS is very "useful." Once you join, you'll know how to "use" it—it's an unspoken understanding~~ Shh.

Cons

1. The root of all evil: the study group. Someone mentioned it earlier, and that's probably how it is. Also, whenever an employee raises this issue, the response is always: “The boss says that if they can’t accept the study group, they should leave.”

2. The salary is relatively low compared with similar positions—a lament of Keelung. I don't know whether things will improve after the future relocation to Xizhi, but personally, I find it unlikely.

3. The pay raise is as good as nonexistent.

That's about it.

Pros

1. Overtime pay is provided for working on holidays.

2. Afternoon tea is occasionally ordered.

Cons

1. Reading club, mandatory. You are required to work every Tuesday and cannot take a break. At the end of the month, you have to give a report to the boss without being allowed to refer to notes.

Key point: No overtime pay. No overtime pay. No overtime pay. Also, you can only leave work at 8 p.m., and only dinner is provided.

2. When problems arise—for example, people in the same position have different workloads and work is distributed unevenly—the company expects employees to learn more and do more, but refuses to increase their pay. I reported this to the company, but the problem remained unresolved after the meeting.

3. As people continued to leave the company, it did not recruit new employees. Instead, it found people from other departments to fill in. As a result, employees in other departments complained constantly and were physically and mentally exhausted every day. Thank you all for your care; therefore, I resigned.
