Read the community guidelines1. The office environment is fairly pleasant
2. You can leave work on time
The company is run by a husband-and-wife team, but in many matters, the boss’s wife has the final say. She is extremely emotional and often yells at employees in the office, sometimes even using insulting language such as “Are you stupid?” or “Use your brain!” Many decisions are changed abruptly, leaving people at a loss. The couple often make promises about taking employees out for lavish meals or on company trips, but rarely follow through.
You have to be constantly on edge working here because everything depends on the boss’s wife’s mood. Many matters also require her approval, and if you speak to her at the wrong time, you will first be inexplicably scolded. She then complains that she is the busiest person in the company, that everything has to be handled by her, and that no one else helps her. Despite saying this, she does not trust others and goes on all day about how exhausted she is.
The boss also sits in front of his computer all day without doing anything, just giving orders. After using the same format for more than a decade, he may suddenly tell you that it is not the format he wants. When he feels like it, he picks on employees.
I sincerely recommend that prospective interviewees think carefully, because the office atmosphere is truly awful. Coworkers normally do not dare say anything and only feel comfortable chatting a little when the boss and his wife are away. The boss and his wife often claim that theirs is a happy, people-oriented company, but their management methods are deeply rooted in old-fashioned practices.

1. No time clock is provided for employees to clock in and out.
2. Employees are forced to use their annual leave to make up for days off that are rescheduled as workdays.
