They post 15–21 openings, but the number of applicants on the job bank sites always exceeds the number of positions they advertise. They post openings almost every month, yet after the interview, you hear nothing at all. Are they collecting Taiwanese applicants’ interview records to make it easier to hire foreign workers later?
During the interview, the boss was very polite.
