Read the community guidelines1. Overtime from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM (no meals provided)
2. Three days of annual leave after six months; seven days of annual leave after one year
3. Labor and health insurance, plus a labor pension
4. Company-provided boxed meals with a NT$25 deduction
5. Annual leave cannot be taken on the days you want, and you cannot take leave on Mondays or Fridays more than three times.
6. You need to maintain a good relationship with the team leader so that your year-end bonus, other bonuses, or salary can be higher than other people's.
8. If you have a good relationship with the team leader, even if you make a mistake, nothing will happen, because the team leader judges right and wrong based on personal relationships.
1. The employees at the company talk a lot, so any gossip spreads very quickly.
2. The team leaders and senior employees in the sorting department need to be courted. You need to give them things from time to time and curry favor with them in order to get along smoothly.
3. If the senior employees there take a dislike to you, they will gang up to isolate and ostracize you, making it impossible for you to continue working there and causing you to resign.
4. The managers and team leaders there only want to hear pleasant things. If you do not obey them or voice dissent, prepare to be isolated and ostracized.
5. This is the best company I have ever worked for, but the people there all play mind games. The entire workforce consists of female employees; calling them manipulative would not be an exaggeration.
6. If a toilet at the company becomes clogged, the managers and team leaders will openly or indirectly imply that you were the one who clogged it.
7. If the team leader does not like you, you will be assigned more work than others (for example, while others handle three not-full barrels, you will have to handle four or even five full barrels of material).
Basically none
They will haggle with you over salary during the interview
