Read the community guidelines1. The products are unique, providing opportunities to work with a diverse range of equipment and materials. You get to meet many different people and learn a great deal.
2. The world-class brands of the yachts the company manufactures under contract have a very high-end positioning. The yachts are 100% exported, primarily to the United States. During the process of building such high-involvement products, overseas clients often visit, providing frequent opportunities to interact firsthand with people at the very top of the pyramid. You can gain insight into their perspectives, character, attitudes, and lifestyles. It is a rare and interesting aspect of one’s career.
3. The company is of a moderate size, allowing employees to take direct or indirect responsibility for matters across various departments, comprehensively develop their skills, and build their capabilities. Some may even become staff members directly involved in core business operations. Those who believe they have the ability and ambition can be entrusted with important responsibilities, as long as they have good intentions.
4. The company’s monthly salary is average, but bonuses and profit sharing are quite generous in profitable years, making the overall annual salary above average.
It is a traditional industry, and its industry characteristics and environment are not as favorable as those of the high-tech sector. There is somewhat more dust in the factory environment, and the facilities are also relatively old, although I have heard that a new factory is scheduled to be built.
The average age of employees is relatively high, and fewer young people from the new generation are joining.
The former boss was somewhat erratic, but there was a change in leadership at the beginning of 2020. The company is now led by a new general manager, whose leadership style differs considerably. The overall work atmosphere has improved significantly.
The boss claims to have an IQ of 140; he’s a genius and a master in every field, and he alone decides how the legal wording of non-compete clauses should be interpreted.
Whatever he does, God has his back; karma doesn’t apply to this company.
This company is great! The boss is an all-around management master, highly proficient in logistics, marketing, mathematics, integrated circuits, and even computer systems! As long as you follow along to church to be baptized, you’re guaranteed a smooth rise and steady promotions—but this only applies within this company.
Before joining the company, it’s best to be baptized first. You should be able to recite Streams in the Desert backwards and forwards. Suitable for devout Christians who are also submissive (salary...). The gossip is that the boss once shook hands with Ma Ying-jeou, after which the boss—who had always prided himself on being robust—suffered a stroke = =
