Management wants someone with experience to reorganize things and establish processes! The senior management supervisor has such an arrogant attitude... Is no one good enough? If they were really strong and capable at managing things, there wouldn't be so many problems (everyone has blind spots... there's no need to judge based on preconceived notions).
The management team's emotional resilience needs to be improved.... They lose control emotionally and yell in the lobby!!! (Both the new and old management teams lose control and yell abusively.)
In an environment like this, even the God of Management couldn't make a difference.....
