Among the on-site staff, there is an older woman who talks very loudly and is controlling; a married couple are very manipulative. The woman has a very good relationship with the supervisor but cannot do anything, while the man spends all day causing trouble for others. When the company has a heavy workload, it hires new employees, but when there is no work at the end of the year, it lays them off. Those who do not join them in targeting quality inspection staff are also ostracized. If you are considering working there, think twice.
