Pros

Six days off per month. Sundays are fixed days off, with the other two days scheduled as days off.

The company says labor and health insurance will be enrolled based on the applicable salary bracket.

There is an employee welfare committee, and 0.5% is deducted from the monthly salary.

The probationary period is reportedly three months; holiday bonuses and other benefits, such as those for the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, are provided only after passing the probation period.

Working hours: 08:00–17:00 / 09:00–18:00

For routes across counties and cities, such as Tainan or Pingtung, employees start work at 8:00.

For Kaohsiung urban-area routes, employees start at 9:00. However, the company’s definition of the Kaohsiung urban area includes Gangshan, Qiaotou, Luzhu, and other places that can only be reached by scooter.

There are two salary levels: 33,000 / 31,000.

The 31K position involves working outside only during the morning, with laboratory assistance in the afternoon.

The 33K position involves covering for other employees, working all day, and sometimes working into the evening.

When using a company vehicle, refuel using the company’s tax ID number and submit the expense to the company.

For scooter use, only 60% of fuel costs are subsidized, and refueling is limited to once per day.

Cons

Management, please stop this nonsense.

Only 60% of fuel costs are subsidized. After traveling for a month, fuel expenses will definitely be at least NT$1,000.

Even if it’s NT$1,000, you still have to pay NT$400 out of pocket to subsidize the company, right?

The assigned service area is huge, yet refueling is limited to once per day.

Starting work at 8:00 a.m. and having substitute assignments run until 8 or 9 p.m.—are you insane?

Insurance is enrolled according to the labor insurance salary bracket, and after deducting labor and health insurance, welfare fees, and the unreimbursed fuel costs,

you can barely earn a little over NT$30,000 a month. If you travel slightly more, your salary drops below NT$30,000.

And there are only six days off per month.

What a joke.
