Clearly disrespectful to the interviewee
Submitted a résumé through 1111 and was invited to an interview.
1. Arrived at the interview location 10 minutes early and stood outside the outdoor security booth in the sun while filling out basic information (which had already been provided when applying through the website).
2. Arrived at the office approximately 5 minutes early; the interviewer arrived 25 minutes late, resulting in a total wait of about half an hour.
3. When the interviewer arrived, they did not provide a basic self-introduction or state their job title, but immediately asked the interviewee to begin introducing themselves.
(From beginning to end, I did not know who the person was or what their position was.)
4. The interviewer had not read the submitted résumé at all and only learned about the interviewee on the spot from the information written upon arrival.
5. During the interview, they asked about irrelevant personal information. EX: Whether my family required me to have children.
6. During the final question-and-answer session, I asked about details related to the position described on the website. The interviewer clearly did not know what was written on the website and did not even understand the professional terms I asked about.
