Interviewed with the development department.
The female section manager frequently said she had forgotten what things were called when discussing the process.
It felt like she had not been involved in the work for some time.
She also said that if you apply for a development position, you should just do the work properly.
Don’t think about anything else or make suggestions or innovations.
Just follow your supervisor’s instructions.
If you cannot accept that, don’t come.
Later, the manager conducted the interview.
He said he hoped the candidate could bring more innovation and motivation to the company.
After the salary was approved in person, I was notified one week later to join the company.
I ultimately did not go because it was obvious that upper management genuinely wanted to promote development,
but middle managers or section managers would block their subordinates’ opportunities to make a living.
They prohibit subordinates from demonstrating their capabilities. Those considering going should think it over carefully.
