Pros

The colleagues are all quite easy to get along with.

Cons

The managers all have their own hidden agendas, especially Xiao Jiang, who oversees Department X. He is notorious for being a smiling tiger: servile toward senior management but very dismissive of others. He acts like a dog in front of senior management, but when speaking to people he looks down on, he crosses his legs and points his chin at them. He even dared to criticize the CEO’s older brother, saying that he had no authority and would sooner or later be offered early retirement, while forgetting that he himself was only able to return to the company because of his wife. Interviews for other departments all have to go through him, making him seem highly professional and skilled at analyzing other people’s strengths and weaknesses, when in fact all he does is talk. The managers under him have little authority either; he keeps everything firmly under his control, and many people have resigned because they could not stand him. If you are going to work with him, do not waste your time—leave as soon as possible.

Pros

Normal working hours

Cons

The supervisor has poor emotional management and uses inappropriate language,

Employees need to be highly capable of self-directed learning,

You must endure the pressure of being inexplicably berated,

Employee turnover is quite high,

Apart from inexplicably asking you to resign voluntarily,

everything is fine ^^
