Although they found my information on a job bank and contacted me for an interview, I still had to fill out a bunch of basic information during the interview. The first stage of the interview involved taking an intelligence test or something similar, which was a bit puzzling.
During the interview, it felt like they had a lot of requirements, but when I asked about benefits, there was nothing. The same position has been listed on the job bank for years; after going through the interview, I more or less understood why.
