Fixed-responsibility system: Business assistant—you’re asked to interview in English and offered 25K upfront without being told about the fixed-responsibility system. It is also not explained during the interview; you only find out by asking colleagues after joining the company. The scheduled end time is 5 p.m., but when things get busy, staying until six or seven is routine. The latest I’ve stayed was nearly 10 p.m. When I tried to apply for overtime, my manager even said: “First of all, our company operates under a fixed-responsibility system, so you must apply in advance.”
Endless meetings: Whether a meeting has anything to do with you or not, you have to participate. Once you participate, you’re responsible for it, and then the manager casually sets the deadline and waits for you to produce the results for them.
Princess-like manager: When traveling on business with them, you’re expected to arrange leisure activities too! Make sure they can truly relax and have an impeccable time~ By the way! Can you pack someone else’s luggage? If you can’t, don’t apply!

The supervisor was so busy. I was left waiting there during the interview, for nearly 15 minutes in total.
They asked a bunch of random questions, and in the end offered NT$22,000, with an all-inclusive responsibility system too. Isn't that embarrassing?
