You get paid.

There are many factions internally, and those with connections have nothing to do; if you have ability but no connections, you work yourself to death and no one thanks you.

I resigned effective 12/31, and unbelievably there was no year-end bonus. Damn. Was it taken by that manager A?

There are lots of rats, cats, and fleas inside; the hygiene and air quality are very poor.

Performance evaluations are done arbitrarily according to the supervisor’s preferences. The rule-breaking bad apples rank in the top three, and supervisors only like people who flatter them. Even those who do no work can rank in the top three. This so-called happy company is paid for with employees’ money. The employees are not happy at all.

In November 2020, they started hiring again, only to dismiss people without warning and tell them to leave. A very poor company. The environment is old, and long-term employees with connections have a temporary attitude that is poor. Do not go there under any circumstances. Every year-end they lay people off, and not long afterward they post the same openings again.

The colleagues internally are nice... There are no other advantages.

The words “happy enterprise” are truly just a false label... Why has no one exposed this?

There is no culture internally, the organization is unhealthy, the boss is emotional, and there are no established procedures.

Before the Lunar New Year, they announced organizational reforms, laid off some people, and transferred others to different branch offices.

They look for people when they are short-staffed, then after you have worked for a short while, they say they do not need so many people. Employees are guinea pigs....

They notify you without warning on the day itself and dismiss you on the same day you report to work.

They notify you before the Lunar New Year, deliberately withhold the year-end bonus, and do not provide special leave either.

There is no overtime pay, and no typhoon days off.

They do not let you work on make-up workdays, forcing you to take leave; the pay is pitifully low..

The long-time employees are all very power-oriented, and they speak very rudely.

A terrible company—do not even consider going there...

The “happy company” notified employees without warning on the day before the Lunar New Year that they had to work until the day of their dismissal, did not pay a year-end bonus, and had no systems in place.

Overtime is unpaid and can only be exchanged for time off.

There are no typhoon days off. If you want to take a typhoon day off, you must use compensatory leave instead. On make-up workdays, they do not let you work and use the compensatory-leave system for time off.

The colleagues are very easy to get along with, and the supervisors are also very friendly.

It is a family business,

so why do so many people try to get into a listed company, only to resign after a short time?
