During the interview, the hiring manager and HR boast that the salary will be above x (but after the salary evaluation, you’ll be utterly shocked), with no cost-performance value whatsoever!

Take time off whenever you want, slack off whenever you want—the company won’t fire you. Suitable for those who aren’t afraid of being singled out, having their performance rating reduced, or being unpopular with colleagues/treated coldly by coworkers.

Central Taiwan Science Park plant:

If you are in OBU3, remember that your top bosses, Lin O-Hong and Lin O-Wei, basically do not deal with any issues. If your section manager is Lin O-Cheng, it is the same. This is a chain of people who will not handle any interpersonal issues or workplace bullying. So if you are bullied, treated coldly, or harassed, call the police immediately and report it on the spot, because these three people all cover for team leaders who verbally abuse others. If your team leader is Li O-Pei, or your unit is in FO, do this directly as well!! If you think filing a complaint with HR will help, I advise you not to think that way—it is useless.

Ms. Tsai, who is responsible for HR, will only keep dragging things out, and will first inform the supervisor who complained about whom. So I sincerely recommend calling the police directly—it really is faster. Otherwise, you can try filing a complaint with the Central Taiwan Science Park Administration Bureau, although it is not very useful either.

If you work 50 hours of overtime, your supervisor will call you in for a talk—basically making sarcastic remarks about how little overtime you work. Even taking leave to see a doctor can draw sarcastic comments. At a certain site, working less than 80 hours of overtime is simply not acceptable. The Zhongke plant is extremely demanding... not recommended.
