Pros

At least there is overtime pay

Cons

There are many foreign workers and vocational high school interns. After deductions from their part-time wages, they earn less than 15k a month. Don't go.

Pros

The benefits are basically legal, but a company that supposedly provides rest periods for overtime is precisely what is known as a legally exploitative company. In this type of company, employees who are exploited have no effective channel for filing complaints.

Cons

To evaluate whether an employee is qualified, the company uses impromptu written tests instead of showing concern for employees’ work conditions. When laying off employees, it deceives workers, keeps records to lure them into choosing transfers to positions with poor conditions, and has no appropriate records of counseling or guidance. Instead, it uses impromptu written tests as a substitute, or even as grounds for dismissal, to defame employees’ character, with no concern or guidance whatsoever.

There is employee education and training, but the exam content is unrelated to the training content and is nevertheless included in performance evaluations.

The atmosphere within the company is poor. Although the company clearly has not suffered losses, it lies to frontline employees, falsely claiming that it is in the red after calculating employees’ salaries and therefore needs to lay them off. (In reality, it has been short-staffed for a long time and has been recruiting extensively at employment service stations.) The company claims to be losing money while expecting employees earning the statutory minimum wage to work twice as hard and take on more tasks.
