Lawless and disorderly. The person actually in charge of the institution is Peng Chongzhi. When he was young, he was a computer expert, familiar with assembly language and other computer languages, and he alone controlled the institution’s entire network. He has a close relationship with the neighboring Bodhi Hospital. On the surface, their finances are independent, but in reality, their senior executives are criminal accomplices. Using the institution’s elderly residents, they frequently swipe health insurance cards at a rate of 3–15 people per day, rotating among different elderly residents every day, regardless of whether they are ill or have chronic conditions. There is absolutely no need for such frequent medical visits, yet they still push the elderly to the neighboring Bodhi Hospital every day. The purpose is to swipe health insurance cards. On the surface, they say there is a chairman above him, but in reality, the true boss is Peng Chongzhi. On the surface, he appears righteous and has an upright appearance—do not be deceived by his looks. It is all an illusion. Every few days, he writes some grandiose Buddhist passages and speaks as though he knows exactly what he is talking about. People who do not know the truth can easily be deceived by the abundance of Buddhist verbiage and other religious statements. Yet they do not know that these people are actually engaging in illegal activities. New employees are even forced to sign authorization forms consenting to investigations of their personal property. The institution is allowed to inspect the privacy of their personal families at will. Many times, they are not actually short of staff, yet they frequently advertise for nurses, drivers, and caregivers. They are all a pretext. The real purpose is to collect personal information and trample on and waste other people’s time. In the end, they use all kinds of excuses to dismiss you. They set traps for you or blame you for not taking good care of the elderly, or blame you for any injury on an elderly person’s body. They use the excuse of asking you to write a report, but it is all a pretext. It means they want you to leave. Do not apply to work at this institution. It follows demonic and deviant ways. In the middle of the night, Peng Chongzhi also pretends to perform supernatural acts in Line chat groups, and the institution’s supervisors cooperate in deifying him. They bully new employees; if you displease them even slightly, they will use excuses to target you, continuing until you resign. That, above, is the advantage. Do not be surprised—this is the advantage. As for the disadvantages, decide for yourself! Your personal information will be misused and stolen, and relatives and family members connected to you will be dragged into it and suffer misfortune for the rest of their lives.

There is no way to recover personal information that has already been stolen. Even if you get it back, they have all made a copy. I emphasize again: do not be deceived by Peng Chongzhi’s appearance. It is indeed fake. A person’s appearance does not represent their inner character. Their mouths are full of morality and justice, Buddhist scriptures, and social-work theories, all of which are used to deceive people, freeload, and deify him. The only evil person in central Taiwan whose person in charge possesses profound computer-language and computer-technology skills. He has repeatedly used his computer skills to illegally break into employees’ mobile phones and spy on any employee he wants to surveil. Every day, under the pretext that the elderly are ill, they also abuse the elderly’s inability to resist and unlawfully swipe their health insurance cards, violating Health Bureau regulations. I hope prosecutors investigate promptly. I am responsible for my statements under the law. If you cannot see the unlawful conduct inside, that reflects poor judgment on your part. Do not blame others, and do not say that others are making things up. Is it made up? Experience it for yourself. Nor should you say that you have been an employee for many years and received good treatment, or that the boss is compassionate. That is because you have not obstructed his crimes and may even have helped him pretend to do good deeds; in reality, it is all criminal. If you truly have not noticed anything wrong, all I can say is that you are suited to being exploited through ignorance. That is your choice. But in that fake-Buddhist, fake-social-work-theory institution that truly abuses medical resources, the supposed morality and compassion actually treats sick elderly people as ATMs. It is truly evil. I refuse to collude with them. Many people who once worked at the institution, were harassed, framed, or bullied have already resigned. Wasting other people’s time is one of the greatest evils. Needless to say, stealing other people’s personal information is also wrong. When ordinary people are framed, they usually just swallow their anger, accept their bad luck, leave quickly, and look for another job. It is virtually impossible for them to return and report these people. I hope righteous people will exert their influence and have the leaders and several supervisors of this evil group arrested and prosecuted as soon as possible. They are extremely afraid of the police; whenever the police are called, the supervisors, including leader Peng Chongzhi, become extremely nervous. They often put on acts and set up scenarios for new employees to test whether newcomers will help. In reality, these are all petty tricks and utterly boring. This is not an upright institution. They hire you not because they sincerely want you to stay and serve the elderly together, but to trample on you, hurt you, and toy with you. They do so in the name of Buddhism and are two-faced. Several female supervisors are accomplices as well. Young people just entering society should not set foot here. If your family has elderly relatives, do not choose this institution either. They abuse medication and use a whole host of excuses. Their apparent morality and compassion are all fake. In reality, they treat the elderly merely as commodities. The institution has more than NT$2 billion in cash, whether raised through donations or received as government subsidies. Prosecutors should open a formal investigation. They should thoroughly determine how serious the situation is regarding fraudulent swiping of health insurance cards. There are many institutions operating under the guise of religion; this institution is a classic example of evil. Do not work at this institution. Once you enter, you will be deceived and become an accomplice. Ignorant people may think they are learning or accomplishing good deeds, but in reality, they are merely pawns of this computer expert, Peng Chongzhi.
