All I can say is that the people here are all superficial—they speak badly about you behind your back. I had been here for less than two months and was already being criticized. The job responsibilities discussed during the interview were also different from what I actually had to do after joining. I kindly helped with business matters for another company, only to be criticized for it. The supervisor said during the interview that it was fine as long as I was willing to learn, but after I joined, they said, “How can you not even know this?” All I can say is that joining this department really feels like jumping into a cesspit.
The company benefits are genuinely great
Suitable for settling in for the long term and retiring
You only need to work 7.5 hours a day, with a two-day weekend
Chairman Kuo and President Kuo are genuinely very kind
Precisely because the benefits are so good, there are a lot of leeches
The systematized paperwork is extremely cumbersome
There are quite a few people who pass the buck
There are also quite a few supervisors who act differently in public and behind people’s backs
There are also quite a few supervisors who like to take credit
Public resumes of job seekers on 104 are taken up for discussion, which is extremely unfriendly
You can even handle assignments for night-school studies at the company
Good benefits
The internal operations supervisor rules with high pressure; everyone engages in superficial work. Some long-term employees bully newcomers. After new employees join and discover they are being exploited, they keep leaving. The company’s various paperwork processes are cumbersome.
