The position discussed during the interview was different from the position assigned upon starting. I had to do a supervisor’s work and write reflections, and those reflections were secretly copied and casually shown to others. This showed no respect at all for employees’ intellectual property. There was no night-shift allowance for working overnight. The company operates as a one-person rule system, with upper management having the final say. Meetings were merely a formality for work; the company’s favored people could even sleep during meetings without consequences.
