The HR representative arranged a video interview in advance through 104 and informed me that I could join three minutes early;
I entered Google Meet ten minutes early that day and waited. Even five minutes after the scheduled time, no one had responded.
I first contacted them through 104 but received no response, then called the company. The receptionist could not locate the HR representative in charge and asked me to leave my mobile number so they could call me back.
After waiting online in Google Meet for 30 minutes, there was still no response. I sent a message through 104 and exited Google Meet.
It was not until one hour after the originally scheduled time that I received a call from HR. Due to the meeting delay, they asked whether I could continue with the interview then or reschedule it for another day.
They forgot about an interview that had already been scheduled. When I called to inquire, the company could not find the person in charge for some time. Although it is a startup, the overall process was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for job applicants.

Does anyone know why this company’s social media director is always hiring?
I haven’t joined yet, so I don’t know—but why are the positions always open?
