Nancy ignored the job applicant’s inquiries, leaving them waiting for a long time in uncertainty. This neglect of her own responsibilities is not only disappointing, but also reflects shortcomings in the company’s management and a lack of basic respect for job applicants.

A ghost job that reveals KPIs over the phone; not recommended to waste time interviewing.

Pros

No written test

Cons

I wrote my annual salary as the minimum of XX ten-thousand, but the manager still cut it by several ten-thousand and asked, “Would X0 ten-thousand be okay?”

A manager at a large company offered a lower salary than the other two companies I received offers from... and it wasn’t just a small difference.

Several times, they contacted me, but after the interview arrangements, there was no follow-up.

The first time, someone from HR in mainland China called me. After arranging a time with me, they said that the manager would call me. They did not leave any contact information, and no one called me at the scheduled time that day. They changed their mind and wanted to cancel, but did not notify me in advance.

The second time, they contacted me on 104. I asked some basic questions about the salary range on 104. After answering, they arranged an interview time with me. The next day, they said there was a meeting on the interview day and that they would reschedule with me, but then there was no further follow-up.

Please, if you change your mind, just say directly that you’ve changed your mind, okay?

What kind of attitude is this?

Is this really how a large company should recruit people?

Pros

No written test, only an interview with one supervisor

Cons

1. I felt that because I had come from southern Taiwan, the interviewer was too embarrassed to let me leave early??? After discussing some aspects of the job, the interviewer kept going off on tangents, talking and talking and talking. They did all the talking, and the interview took almost as long as one with a written test.

2. They called me proactively and said they really wanted to interview me. During the interview, when they found out I lived in southern Taiwan, they immediately assumed the salary offered by the company would not be enough for me to survive in Taipei, and then decided not to consider me anymore = =

3. (Most importantly) Frequent overtime~~ BUT there is “NO” overtime pay~~~~

The Labor Bureau is welcome to come and inspect~~
