Family-owned company. Redundant supervisors. Overtime work with no overtime pay. The boss is extremely exploitative. Smoking breaks aside, they even try to cheat employees out of time for going to the restroom, lunch breaks, and short breaks during overtime. The calculation of working hours seriously violates the Labor Standards Act: working from 8:30 to 17:30, with a 1–1.5-hour lunch break, yet employees are required to voluntarily make up an additional 8 hours for the company every month. A textbook exploitative boss. Terrible company.
