⒈I applied for a sales assistant position, but just four days after I joined the company, they told me to leave, saying, “You don’t look like you can be in sales.” But I applied for a “sales assistant” position, not a sales position, okay? ^_^ And they didn’t even want to pay me severance pay. ^_^
⒉My last day was 6/1, but they wanted to delay paying me that one day’s wages until July, and also wanted to deduct labor insurance premiums from my pay. However, they had already withdrawn me from labor insurance on 5/31, so they didn’t insure me at all on 6/1. That means I lost one day of labor pension contributions, too. ^_^
⒊After calling the Labor Bureau to ask about the above, I confronted them. They originally still wanted to delay payment, but as soon as I said, “I’ve already asked the Labor Bureau about this. Do I need to ask them to come and look into your company?” they immediately transferred the one day’s wages and severance pay I was owed to me. ^_^
If you’re applying for a sales assistant position, remember! It’s a position where you’re expected to eventually transfer into sales~ If you don’t want to work in sales, don’t apply, or they’ll use all kinds of bizarre excuses to make you leave without paying you severance pay~
1. As the company philosophy states, donating supplies to disadvantaged organizations fulfills its social responsibility.
2. A lunch subsidy of thirty per meal.
3. You need to change into separate slippers before entering the restroom; it’s fairly clean, though.
1. The position is under a responsibility-based system, so there’s no overtime pay.
2. The cost of the employee uniform is deducted, deducted, deducted from the first month’s salary.
3. As for the salary... for newcomers, it’s roughly the same as what the news reports. Just live frugally and it’ll be fine, no big deal.
