Read the community guidelinesA truly terrible company has no advantages.
The company is incredibly awful now. Everyone slacks off as soon as they join. The managers have low educational qualifications and lack professional competence. Under no circumstances should you join this company.
The work atmosphere is good. There is no clocking in or out; basically, as long as you finish your work, no one cares what time you arrive or leave.
Sometimes the boss adds a few extra days to long holidays. For example, around New Year’s or the Lunar New Year, we often get an additional 1–2 days off.
The biggest advantage is that they are very generous with bonuses.
Precisely because there is no clocking in or out, during particularly busy periods there may occasionally be situations where you clock in for work but are expected to work until the job is done. However, this happens so rarely that you can count the occurrences in a year on one hand, and supervisors will generally urge everyone to leave work when they see it happening.
When there are no orders, you can sit around at the company doing nothing for one or two months—it's so enjoyable.
The supervisor has no professionalism whatsoever. He constantly talks about his experience as a multichannel communications soldier more than 20 years ago, which shows that he has made no progress in all these years. Others may have 20 years of work experience, but he has 20 years of experience doing the same multichannel communications soldier work. He treats the people under him like soldiers: even going to the restroom requires registering the exact seconds of departure and return. Some people have even been bullied in the workplace to the point of needing medical attention.
