Read the community guidelinesI went to interview for a sales PM position.
It’s understandable to test English, but I really don’t understand the point of the test content.
It was just translating something very inexplicable, and the interview ended very quickly.
Only the product department manager was there; HR hadn’t arrived yet.
The overall feeling wasn’t very good.
The security guards weren’t doing anything and were sleeping very soundly.
I applied for the Mechanical Design Assistant Engineer position.
The location is Luzhou.
The interview was conducted by HR, the manager, and the director together.
Before the interview, there is a written test of around a dozen questions.
(Regarding basic mechanical and mechanism knowledge: bearings, materials, motors, tolerances, screws, solenoid valves, etc.)
1. Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break.
2. Overtime is uncommon; overtime is compensated with time off in lieu.
3. The company environment is okay. It is located in the Haojin Technology Building, where Asia Mic is on the 1st and 3rd floors.
4. The manager seems quite easy to get along with.
5. Meetings are not held very often.
1. Lunch is at your own expense. You can bring your own meal; heating equipment is available, or you can order delivery together with the company.
2. Employee parking spaces are available, but they are assigned on a rotating basis (new employees do not get one). There are paid parking spaces along the roadside, and monthly rental parking spaces across from the company.
3. The year-end bonus is not guaranteed and depends on individual performance and results. I heard that some people did not receive a year-end bonus.
Colleagues are easy to get along with, and the company is very willing to provide resources.
1. High turnover
2. No year-end bonus, and salaries are frequently paid late
3. Decisions often change because of a single remark from the boss or a client, resulting in low efficiency
The person in charge is highly suspicious and distrustful. They suppress capable workers. They require job applicants to sign a non-compete clause, use threatening language when employees resign, and deceive young people with little experience. They only recruit female sales staff, who at most serve as administrative secretaries.
The products’ accuracy and stability are completely unreliable. The sales staff have no understanding of customer needs, and back-office support is completely inadequate. They offer inferior products and services while trying to charge first-rate prices.
