The company plays light music that you can listen to.
Cons
You have to take a bunch of tests, and although the interview takes nearly three hours, this isn't disclosed in advance. It's a company that expects one person to do many jobs. There is no overtime pay, no holiday bonuses, and the year-end bonus may be less than one month's salary. The pay is barely adequate; it's a stingy company.
