Read the community guidelinesThe company’s office is a corrugated-metal building by the roadside in an industrial area, with an open-plan desk arrangement. A turn of the head gives you a full view of the entire company, and most of the office colleagues appear to be engaged in bead-stringing production and processing. The boss sits behind all the employees, overseeing things, creating a very family-style office environment.
The factory has an open-plan office space. Although the atmosphere appears relaxed, there is no air conditioning, and with the main entrance left open by the main road, air circulates naturally. Those who enjoy a relaxed, pleasant, natural environment may want to consider it~
Pros
1. There are company dinners and drinks from time to time.
2. The company has Starbucks coffee beans that employees can drink for free.
4. Snacks are available whenever there is a worship ceremony.
3. A NT$1,000 bonus is given during each of the three major holidays.
4. Every month, there is an employee birthday celebration with a birthday cake to eat.
5. You only receive a year-end bonus if sales exceed NT$20 million.
6. There is at least one camping activity per year, but it takes place on weekends.
Cons
1. There are two couples who own the company. They sometimes disagree, and it is unclear whose instructions to follow.
2. The company has two brands: one for mommy bags and one for crystal bracelets.
3. One graphic designer is responsible for photography, listing and delisting products for both brands, activities, and listing and delisting products on another platform (momo.PC.).
4. The graphic designer must know ERP, shipping, packing, daily report statistics, inventory counting, system design, and handmade bead stringing, among other things. Those without a business background should take note.
5. In the morning, you often have to clean up dog poop and wash the teapots used by the boss.
6. You need to flatter people and show deference to those in power; otherwise, they will constantly find fault with you!
7. There is no overtime pay.
8. There are political issues: people often talk about what is happening in mainland China and compulsively buy things from Taobao.
9. Whenever someone is absent, people talk behind their back.
10. There is no promotion or salary-increase system; everything depends entirely on the boss's mood.
11. Although there is supposedly no mandatory overtime policy, the later you work, the better. It is best to work until 9 or 10 p.m. Do not work from home, because the boss cannot see you. If you do not work overtime, they assume you have too much free time.
