The first interview was okay.
For the second interview, I waited an hour for the boss: At first, HR told me that I would need to wait half an hour for the boss. Although I understand that the boss may genuinely be unable to get away sometimes and was willing to wait, it had already cost the company points in my mind.
After waiting half an hour and the boss still had not arrived, I politely told HR that if the boss was busy, we could schedule another time. HR was generally good at reassuring me, but there was one point I found difficult to accept: “The interviewer is the boss, and he will be your boss in the future...” The problem is that I am not yet an employee and do not receive a salary from him. An interview is an opportunity for the company to assess the candidate, but the candidate is also assessing the company.
Since HR is also a salaried employee and the boss’s tardiness was not HR’s fault, I did not want to make things difficult for them. Reluctantly, I agreed to wait another ten minutes, and ended up waiting an hour in total.
The interview itself could not be called good or bad, but given the lack of respect shown during the interview, I found it difficult to respect the company either.
They respond at first.
They initially contact you through 104, but after you fill out the information, they say they will arrange an online interview and then never follow up. It feels disrespectful.
It doesn't seem like there are any.
They notified me of the interview through a job bank and sent me a PDF of my résumé beforehand for me to print. When I arrived, I found out that the interview location was a factory. Because of the pandemic, I pressed the doorbell on the first floor and waited for the interviewer to come down.
The interviewer was a middle-aged man who looked to be in his fifties. The interview took place inside the security office on the first floor. He asked about my previous experience while I filled out the standardized résumé form they had printed. It felt like their job responsibilities were very unclear. They had posted three openings on the job bank: 1. Chief Accountant, 2. Finance and Cashier, and 3. Accounting Specialist. However, when explaining the positions, they said that Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cashier duties fell under the Chief Accountant position. I applied for the Finance and Cashier position, but they said that the position I applied for would still require a second interview with the vice president, after which the company would decide which opening I would actually fill. Also, either he let it slip or simply wasn't paying attention: he said that Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable had originally been two separate positions, but had now been combined into one person's responsibilities because of “cost considerations” (the company didn't want to pay an additional salary).
I don't know what the company's interior is like because I wasn't taken inside, but from the outside it was a building with no obvious signage, sharing a production building with other factories. The first floor was still an operating site for producing office paper. I was told that the current area was for production workers, while the other departments had moved to another office building, and that Finance might also be moved there in the future.
Regarding salary, the interviewer couldn't make a decision, so I was told that the final decision would be made by the vice president after a second video interview in the afternoon.
Overall, it felt like they were seriously short-staffed and kept hoping I could start as soon as possible. The person currently in the position was scheduled to leave on February 25, and they wanted someone to start quickly to take over the work (could everything really be handed over in one or two days?). They posted so many openings, yet the company could ultimately decide which position you would take—either they are short-staffed across the board, or the openings are all undesirable jobs.
Finally, I looked them up on the Ministry of Labor's website and found the following:

There are tons of official penalties and violations, with several cases occurring over many consecutive years. After reading all that, I didn't want to go anymore~ Haha. A company that has repeatedly been penalized by the Ministry of Labor for violating the Labor Standards Act—failing to pay wages directly and in full, failing to record workers' attendance to the minute each day as required, and failing to pay workers periodically or provide details of how each wage item was calculated—is probably a very suitable place for anyone who wants to be a slave~~~~~~~~
Finally, the second video interview was really bizarre. I logged in early and wondered why the other party hadn't joined yet. It turned out they hadn't turned on their camera or said anything, and I was left sitting there awkwardly for more than ten minutes. Absolutely ridiculous~~~
Received an invitation to interview from the company through a job website. Communication was fairly normal at first. Since I had only a little over one day of annual leave remaining, the HR assistant helped coordinate an interview at 17:00.
Regarding the interview, everything had already been arranged three days in advance, and I took half a day off from my current employer. Unexpectedly, on the morning of the interview, the company’s HR assistant suddenly informed me that the HR manager who was supposed to conduct the interview had something come up and could not interview me at the agreed time. They asked whether I could reschedule.
I was truly speechless and told them that I had already taken leave specifically for the interview. The assistant awkwardly replied by asking whether I could come in at one of two times the following week. I was really angry, but I still politely told them the times I might be available and rearranged my schedule to prepare to take leave again. In the end, Chun-Pao Company never called to notify me again, effectively wasting my time twice.
It was truly an unbelievable interview (?) experience and extremely disrespectful to job seekers. Since my previous workplace was an office where every second counted and time was money, this behavior felt no different from wasting a job seeker’s money. I have added this company to my personal blacklist.

2016/04/15 Overtime pay was not provided as required for extended working hours, in violation of Article 24 of the Labor Standards Act
The division of labor is already so specialized now~ yet one person is expected to handle so many functional areas~ I still think this is a company run by a bad old-school boss; old companies simply don’t improve their management~
The company has been operating for decades. Its factory and office are in different locations, and it is considered a well-known, long-established brand.
1. No one was at the reception desk. I had to walk in and call out before someone poked their head out. Since interviews are scheduled in advance, matters at the reception desk should also be properly handed over; it should not have been left unattended. (Later, I saw the receptionist return from running an errand outside, looking very troubled.)
2. The résumé was filled out at a small table in a dimly lit hallway outside. Many people, including those from other companies on the same floor, were coming and going, which felt somewhat disrespectful.
3. The atmosphere in the office felt unpleasant, with an indescribably strange air about it.
4. They said they would respond within a few days, but there was still no response.
For clarification, being ghosted is a common problem among many companies nowadays. However, once a job seeker has gone to the company for an interview, regardless of the outcome, the company should give them a response. This is a basic courtesy that is easily overlooked.

Although the position is for a purchasing assistant, purchasing falls under the Administration Department and there is only one person! You must be able to take on the roles of purchasing assistant, purchasing specialist, and purchasing manager, as well as handle sales communication and graphic design! Moreover, there has never been a proper handover for this position, so much of the information was not retained, making it difficult for the person taking over to carry out the work! You have to reorganize and produce all the documents and materials from scratch! The company has very few resources.... Anyone who takes this job needs to be highly capable! The salary is very low!~~
