Read the community guidelinesGreat company!!!
The CEO knows how to do everything—from development to testing, full-stack work, software and hardware, UI design, HR, marketing, and sales. There is no role they have not taken on.
They use their deep “thirty or forty years of” experience to offer guidance, giving people a new experience every time.
The same matter always takes a new direction and brings new insights, reflections, and follow-up actions every time you meet with the CEO. Wonderful.
Oh..... Just FYI
The head of R&D at one unit even chose to resign and take a break during the Lunar New Year, before the year-end bonuses were distributed, rather than hold on for the bonus~~ Wonderful!
Later, I heard that the head of quality control and the senior quality-control staff in that unit also fled~~
After that, even the senior DevOps person made a quick getaway.
No problem, no problem—the CEO understands and can do everything. With the CEO, everything is taken care of!
Wonderful!
With the advantages mentioned above, how could there be any disadvantages? How could a company with such a great CEO possibly have any shortcomings?
None
A fake foreign company, but really a Taiwanese company. All are mainlander-connected. Inbreeding. No respect for professional expertise. The management are all relatives. Success is difficult.
Serious review
The employees are all very nice, and there’s no need to clock in.
The atmosphere in the office is very harmonious.
My colleagues are all quite skilled, so I can learn quite a lot by picking things up from the experts around me.
The only drawback is that the CEO speaks like a salesperson.
Take what you hear with a grain of salt; taking it seriously will only leave you disappointed.
The salary and benefits package isn’t as enticing as those at a truly American company.
The company has been around for seven or eight years now, so please stop calling yourselves a startup.
You should still provide employees with what they’re entitled to.
A heartless company. After working there for a few months, my salary quietly decreased. When I proactively asked the CTO, they explained that the CEO had decided it. When I asked the CEO, they said HR had decided it.
The whole thing was baffling.
The entire company management consists of mainlanders. Their political statements are extremely radical, and their behavior is also very abnormal. When recruiting new employees, they usually look for mainlanders first. If you do not take a position, things will probably be miserable once you join. Be careful with this strange company.
A fake foreign company with a very high employee turnover rate—they fire you once they're done with you.
Fake foreign company, severe bureaucracy
