1. There are truly no advantages
1. The HR interviewer was very unprofessional. When asked whether the company had basic policies and systems, they could not answer and instead asked what I considered basic policies and systems???
2. The salary listed for the position on 104 was NT$30,000–40,000, but when you went to the interview, HR told you it was lower than advertised. Are they deceiving people into attending interviews?
3. The comments online regarding overtime pay are accurate.
4. The job description posted on 104 was unclear
The supervisor grows and improves together with the employees. There is plenty of room for employee development, and performance is also growing steadily. It is a company with promising prospects and a great platform for development.
Lunch is inconvenient.
Tongda Energy has no advantages.
1. Violates the Labor Standards Act by forcing employees to work overtime without paying overtime wages.
2. The supervisors have no integrity whatsoever; new employees are merely chosen to take the blame for the supervisors.
3. The supervisor uses verbal violence and threats in the workplace.
The work environment within the company is very comfortable
A parachuted-in female sales manager came in and turned the company upside down within a few months.
She only knows how to order people below her around while keeping busy flattering the boss.
Because it is a small company, many people have to put up with her berating them, yet the boss happens to like her especially well.
The company has endless meetings, but problems usually cannot be resolved after the meetings.
There is no overtime pay; the boss thinks young people should work hard and devote themselves.
Every department has too many miscellaneous tasks, but there are also a few departments where people leave as soon as working hours are over.
The most miserable are the PM and sales teams. I absolutely do not recommend this company.
