It may need to be completely torn down and rebuilt! The CFO is second only to the chairman, wields immense influence, and spends all day whispering in the chairman's ear—enough to get several general managers removed. Most importantly, the CFO doesn't understand anything and relies solely on smooth talk to deceive people everywhere! As long as this person remains at the company, it may do nothing but change people endlessly, incur losses, and waste resources. They constantly talk about building a brand, but it all ends up being empty talk, with absolutely no resources being allocated. Employee turnover is unbelievably high; they've gone through four or five general managers alone, and the sales staff keep being replaced again and again. The most laughable part is the year-end bonus, which is utterly speechless—it feels like charity. If you are thinking of submitting a résumé or have received an interview invitation, please think twice.

Some positions have extremely high turnover; it is a family business with no systems in place.
