Read the community guidelines1. It could be quite well-known and serve as a stepping stone in your career.
1. When I attended the information session for the Taipei interview, I had not yet filled in the information. While I was filling out the visitor form, a staff member nearby was very impolite and started by saying, “Don’t you have a license?”
2. The information-session venue was extremely small. Upon entering, I thought I had walked into a storage room. The tables in particular were cramped—two adults had to share one tiny table.
3. When filling out the résumé form, I was directly told to write at the very front. Even though there were empty spaces and seats farther back, I was told, “No one can sit here. Go to the front.” So I simply chose not to fill it out at the time. It was the worst information session I have ever attended.
The junior supervisor is very nice.
But the senior supervisor is not very likable.
They often ask probing questions about your previous company
and family background, among other things.
They do not seem very interested in your work experience.
It feels like they make decisions based solely on appearance.
No need to go out and be exposed to the sun or rain; fixed working hours from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (including overtime).
The manager in charge of the team is emotional (Kaohsiung).
