Apart from the office itself, the surrounding area is quite good.

The internal turnover is high, and I have also witnessed quite a lot of workplace bullying.

Managers also ignore vicious competition because they, too, are divided into factions.

As far as the company is concerned, as long as someone gets the work done, that is all that matters.

If you can handle it, they will not hire anyone else—one person ends up doing two people's jobs. I have already resigned :)

Close to the MRT station

1. The company's air conditioning isn't cold, and once the air conditioner broke down, making it extremely hot.

2. In the finance department, someone named FXXXX and their supervisor JXXXXX are extremely rude to interns. They barely teach you anything and just tell you to figure it out yourself.

3. Bring your own laptop. They only told me on my first day that this job requires you to provide your own laptop.

4. Terrible

The environment is good. The office air conditioning is kept very cold, so the computer fans don’t go crazy here.

The supervisor is a good person, but not a good supervisor. Without knowing what I had or hadn’t been exposed to, she just pushed tasks I didn’t know how to do onto me, yet expected me to perform just as well and just as quickly as everyone else.

She gave me different explanations for the tasks she assigned me. She told me to find relevant influencers to discuss a collaboration. I asked whether I should look for well-known ones, and she said moderately well-known would be fine because we couldn’t afford anyone too expensive. Later, I found someone who was fairly well-known but not a household name, and she said that wouldn’t do—she specifically wanted someone famous???

This was my first office job, but it made me never want to work in an office again.

Although there are no bonuses for the three major holidays, they do give a box of mooncakes for the Mid-Autumn Festival. They’re pretty tasty.

The company is not commercially registered in Taiwan; it operates under a company called Huading Business Information Co., Ltd. As for that company, records of Labor Standards Act violations can be found directly online or through government agencies. Before applying, it is strongly recommended that you ask current or former employees on PTT or LinkedIn about their experiences and the actual working environment.

The work environment is fairly warm and welcoming.

1. The interview did not start on time, but it has been nearly a year, so I have forgotten the exact waiting time. I only remember reading through the extensive meeting notes written across an entire wall of whiteboards in the conference room over and over again.

2. The salary was in the range of 50k–70k, but the job duties included accounting, finance, and auditing, and I would have been the only person handling them. In addition to assisting the parent company, the subsidiary’s accounts were also within the scope of the job. I was completely stunned when I heard that, and even with the high salary, I would not have wanted to take the job.

The interviewing manager had clearly reviewed my résumé carefully and asked questions based on my experience. They wanted to understand my plans for my life.

Overall, the interview itself was a good experience.

During the interview, they mentioned that there would be a rotation system and that overtime due to time differences with overseas locations would not be frequent.

However, seeing people’s experiences shared online made me hesitate.
