Punctual/early salary payments

An 8-hour shift includes a half-hour break (actually, this should probably be the only thing that counts as a benefit)

A machine for exploiting newcomers

You’ll be given the most exhausting and physically demanding work for a month or two

Once you’ve endured it and moved to another position

You can watch the newly hired “slave” take over your work

At that point, you can pat them on the shoulder and say, “Keep it up.”

Remember: you absolutely must not be late. Even being a few minutes late is unacceptable; otherwise, your performance bonus and perfect-attendance bonus will both be deducted in full at once.
