Read the community guidelines1. The interviewer was the owner himself. He was very courteous and had prepared hot coffee.
2. The owner first introduced me to the company’s founding story, business philosophy, and future plans.
3. The interview was in the morning at around nine o’clock. An employee passed by during the interview and greeted me. The owner was very interesting and polite when he spoke.

The downstairs area, which appeared to be the shipping and fulfillment area, was very orderly. Before the interview ended, the owner invited me to see the second floor. The space was very bright and made for a comfortable office environment.

7. After the interview, I was told that I would receive an answer in three days. Although I was not selected, at least I did not have to wait anxiously for news.
8. I felt that the brand was being managed with considerable care. The owner was also very humorous, and the atmosphere was different from that of companies I had worked for before.
9. When I left, the owner gave me a small gift and personally saw me out. It was very thoughtful.
1. The company is not large. If I remember correctly, there were about seven desks, so it is a small team.
2. The application form I filled out at the beginning contained quite a lot of information that I had already provided when I applied.
3. The office is located in Linkou, which is not particularly convenient to reach by public transportation.
4. Although the company sells skincare products, the owner is a man, so communication felt less intuitive.
5. There are only a dozen or so restaurants nearby. Unless you bring your own lunch, you would often have to order delivery.
